Production Time
Production time for custom products is typically 1-3 business days. Orders of 12 or more units may take up to 5 business days. During back-to-school and holiday seasons, production times may be extended.
Transit Time
Transit time is additional and begins once the carrier picks up your order from our facility in Detroit, Michigan.
The total time to receive your order depends on:
- Production time
- Your delivery address
- The shipping method selected at checkout
Delivery services and transit times are set by the carriers. We are not responsible for carrier delays and do not offer credits, refunds, or exchanges for late deliveries caused by the carrier.
Shipping Options

Important Note: Selecting a faster shipping method (Overnight, 2-Day, or Ground) does not reduce production time.
For example, if you choose Overnight shipping, your order will arrive one business day after it ships, not one day after you place the order.
We may use air or ground shipping as needed to meet the selected transit timeframe for Overnight, 2-Day, and Ground orders.
PO Boxes: Economy shipping is the only available option for orders shipping to a PO Box. If Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping is selected for a PO Box address, the shipping method will automatically downgrade to Economy.
